PRIMAVERA PARTNERS is a boutique financial advisory firm that focuses solely on alternative assets.

We are incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, and have affiliated entities in Delaware and the Isle of Man. We are not regulated by FINRA as a broker-dealer. We primarily operate within the United States. However, we also have a strong presence in Canada and the EMEA and APAC regions through our partner organizations. Our team has 40+ years of combined experience drawn from investment banking, private equity and private wealth management.

Our primary area of specialization is equity interests in well known late-stage technology startups who are imminently filing for an IPO, usually within a window of 3 years, and with a current valuation of at least $1 billion. We source these equity stakes from startup executives, angel investors and early-stage institutional investors who wish to divest their positions. In certain cases, we work collaboratively with the company management to identify potential sellers from within their base of shareholders. We typically advise on equity positions ranging from $10-40 million in value.

In addition, we also advise on M&A opportunities involving private companies in the healthcare, pharmaceuticals, hospitality and education sectors ranging from $10-100 million in total enterprise value.

Unlike a typical broker-dealer or cap intro firm, we do not merely take a transaction-focused approach.

We invest time and effort in building deep relationships, in order to understand the personal priorities, motivations and circumstances of both buyer and seller. We are committed not only to making deals happen - we want them to happen with the right people.
